This page explains how delivery is handled for orders placed through this website. The delivery options, price and estimated timeframe shown at checkout apply to your order.

Dispatch

Orders are prepared after payment is accepted. We aim to dispatch eligible orders promptly on working days. An order-confirmation email is not a dispatch confirmation.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Once an order is dispatched, we will provide tracking information where the selected service supports it. Carrier delays, weather, customs, access issues and events outside our control may affect delivery.

UK delivery

Available UK options and any delivery charge are shown at checkout. Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate before submitting an order.

International delivery

International delivery may be available for selected destinations. The customer is responsible for confirming that import is lawful and for applicable customs requirements, taxes, duties, licences and clearance charges.

Delivery problems

If a delivery is damaged, incomplete, delayed or incorrect, contact contact@novapeptidelabs.co.uk promptly with your order number. This does not affect your statutory rights.
