This policy sets the conditions for purchasing and using materials supplied through this website.

1. Research use only

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, all products are supplied solely for legitimate laboratory, analytical or other lawful research purposes. They are not medicines, foods, food supplements, cosmetics, medical devices or products for human or veterinary use.

2. Permitted use

Purchasers must be at least 18 years old and appropriately qualified or acting within a suitably supervised organisation. Use must be lawful, in an appropriate controlled setting, and consistent with the product label, available documentation and the purchaser's risk assessment.

3. Prohibited use

  • Human or veterinary administration, ingestion, injection or consumption.
  • Clinical, therapeutic, diagnostic or treatment use.
  • Use in food, drink, cosmetics or consumer products.
  • Marketing that makes medical, health, performance or weight-management claims.
  • Any unlawful, unsafe or unauthorised activity.

4. Purchaser responsibilities

The purchaser is responsible for confirming identity, suitability, import permissions, local regulatory requirements, safe handling, storage, record keeping, waste disposal and any onward supply. Customers must not remove, obscure or contradict research-use-only labelling.

5. Documentation and order review

Available product documentation is provided for identification and quality-control purposes only and does not make a product suitable for a prohibited use. We may request further information, refuse, cancel or restrict an order where we reasonably believe the purchase or intended use is incompatible with this policy or applicable law.
