Returns and Refunds Policy

This policy explains cancellation, returns and refunds for consumers. It does not limit rights you may have under law where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise non-conforming.
1. Change-of-mind cancellations
If you are a consumer, you may normally cancel an online order within 14 days after delivery. To cancel, email contact@novapeptidelabs.co.uk with your order number and a clear cancellation statement.
2. Returning goods
After telling us that you wish to cancel, return the goods within 14 days using the instructions we provide. Take reasonable care of the goods. Unless we agree otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of return postage.
3. Sealed goods
Where a statutory hygiene or health-protection exception applies to a sealed item that is unsuitable for return once unsealed, we will identify this clearly before purchase. We do not rely on an exception merely because an item has been packed or dispatched.
4. Refunds
For a valid cancellation, we will refund the price paid and standard delivery cost where required by law, no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or evidence they were sent back. We may make a deduction for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.
5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs where possible. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate remedy in line with your legal rights.
